Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation less than 07 days of arrival: 01 night retention will be charged
• Cancellation less than 05 days of arrival: 50% retention will be charged
• Cancellation less than 04 days of arrival / No show: 100% retention will be charged
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: Kindly inform the all guest that they must produce photo ID at the time of check in & that should matches the guest name on this booking.
