DAYWISE ITINERARY

 

DAY 01 ARRIVE SRINAGAR

On arrival at Srinagar airport our representative heartily greets you and assists you to transfer you to the houseboat. Check in at Super Deluxe houseboat, freshen up and relax at the luxury of the royal hospitality. In the evening enjoy Shikara ride on Dal Lake and witness the marvel of nature that is beyond visual and verbal descriptions. The Sun-set view from the Shikara will engulf your heart and leave your spell bound. Later enjoy the welcome dinner and overnight stay in the Houseboat.

 

 

DAY 02 DAY EXCURSION TO GULMARG (50 KMS / APPROX. 1½ HOUR DRIVE)

Early morning Check Out from the houseboat and proceed to Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees. Stroll leisurely or take pony rides (by your own payment) across the green meadow to one of the world's highest Golf Courses. A must is a fun-filled ride in the Gondola lift (by your own payment). Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

 

 

 

DAY 03 DAY EXCURSION TO SONAMARG (85 KMS / APPROX. 2-HOUR DRIVE)

Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’ Sonamarg. The fast-flowing Sindh Rive

makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

 

Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at Sonamarg car stand. To reach the glaciers, you can hire ponies on your own payment basis.

 

 

 

DAY 04 DAY EXCURSION TO PAHALGAM (95 KMS/ APPROX. 2½ HOUR DRIVE)

Early in the morning leave for Pahalgam the 'valley of shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder. Enroute visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. In Pahalgam one can have a horse ride and can visit Baisaran, Baadyan & Kashmir valley (at your own cost). In Evening back to Srinagar for a night stay at a hotel.

 

 

DAY 05 RETURN HOME WITH HAPPY MEMORIES

Tour concludes. Thanks, you for your patronage and ensures a punctual transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for your onward Destination.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

• Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
• No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show. Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
• If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest. If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
• Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer. Standard Check in Time: 12 pm & Check out time 10 am

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

• For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
• For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
• After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
• Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
• In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
• Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

 

 

CANCALLETION POLICY

 

Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 30% of the tour cost.

29 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

14 to 08 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

07 days or less than 07 days -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
