Daywise Tour Itinerary

 

Day 01: Dehradun Arrival & Stay

Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point for Chardham Yatra.

Our representatives will pick up from the Dehradun airport. After relaxing and refreshment in the Hotel. In the evening Our Crew will give you briefing on Helicopter and details about the schedule. Duffle bags will be provided to you

 Dinner &  Overnight stay at the Hotel in  Dehradun.

Arrival, Relaxation and Refreshment at the Hotel.

   Day 02: Dehradun To Yamunotri Dham By Helicopter:

 

The blessed Chardham Yatra will begin in the morning from the Dehradun Sahatradhara Helipad by flying to Kharsali Helipad  (for  Yamunotri Temple). Travel from Kharsali helipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by Pony/ Palki or Trek. After darshan we come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay.

Ø Flying from Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad.

Ø Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6 km trek (each side) by riding on a pony or by palki

 

 

  Day 03: Visit To Gangotri Dham:

 

After breakfast, the Group shall be flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotri ji temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Pandit ji is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forest and green mountains. On the way, there are many splendid spots where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. You will be blessed by  the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

Ø  Flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad.

Ø  Harsil to Gangotri temple by car.

Ø  Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

 

   Day 04: Visit To Kedarnath Ji:

 

Early morning, we drive to Harsil Helipad. On arrival, we fly to  Sersi Helipad. Then we again fly/continue to Kedarnath from our own same Helipad. The Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. The Pandit ji will accompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad. We will have lunch and Passengers can visit ancient Triyuginarayan or Kalimath/ Vishwanath Mandir & Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of the river Mandakini.

 

Program Summary:

Ø Harsil Helipad to Sersi Helipad.

Ø Sersi to Kedarnath ji.

Ø Kedarnath ji Darshan.

Ø In the Afternoon come back to Guptkashi for an Overnight stay.

   Day 05: Visit To Badrinath Ji:

 

The group is headed towards the Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath ji shrine. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will be Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, Passenger can see Aarti at own in temple Later enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

   Day 06: Departure From Badrinath To Dehradun:

 

After the breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, remember  to see the beautiful overview of the Region, especially the picturesque view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We  will  fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna  Prayag,  Rudra  Prayag  and  Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop to helipad.

Tour ends here but memories build with UNIQUE TRIPMART remains.

Terms and Conditions:

·        Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 3 to 5 Kg weight in the Helicopter.

·        UNIQUE TRIPMART travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.

·        Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.

·        There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens.

·        Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.

·        In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded.

·        In Case of Rescheduling The Journey From The Customer’s Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject to Availability of Seats.

·        Cancelation & Refund

·        If the booking is cancelled before 30 Days 75% of the amount will be  refunded.

·        If the booking is cancelled before 20 Days 50% of the amount will be   refunded.

·        Later on No Refund Will be entertained.

 

 

·  The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of  50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to date of journey otherwise booking stand cancelled without any refund.

 

·        In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sector/s.

 

·         Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

 

 

·        The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

 

·        In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us, however, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.

 

·         We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.

 

 

 

·        All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.

·        Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.

·        The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary.

·        The Company Has The Right To Change The Itinerary In The Event Of Adverse Weather Condition Or Any Unforeseen Circumstances Which Is Beyond Our Control.

·        The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay Or Travelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason.

·        The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Change in  the  Itinerary Due To Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.

Guidelines For Passengers:

 

·        Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter. We encourage using UNQIUE TRIPMART travel bag.

·        Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de-boarded & cancelled for the Heli- tour without any refund. 450KG is the maximum passenger weight Capacity of our aircraft.

·        There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.

·         Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter

·         All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.

·        Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops

·        Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.

·        All passengers are advised to carry their own medication 

·        Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.

·        Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.

 

Disputes- Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application, or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi NCR Jurisdiction.
