DAY 1: Delhi to Manali by Volvo (570 Km /10-12 Hrs.)

Welcome to Delhi, on arrive Delhi at 5: 30 pm report at Delhi Volvo pick up point Rk Ashram Metro, Gate No. 1, (on your own) to Depart for Manali. Overnight Journey by Volvo

DAY 2: Manali Local Sightseeing ( 3 TO 4 HRS)

Today Morning after breakfast full day trip of Manali City. You can visit Hadimba Devi temple, van vihar, Mall road, IBEX Market, Tibetan Monastery, Shiva Temple etc. In evening return back to hotel, dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 3: Manali – Solang Valley

Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang VAlley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel Diner & Overnight stay. 
Please Note: Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot.  Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer. Rohtang pass is closed from 15th November to 15th April and on every Tuesday. 

DAY 4: MANALI TO KULLU VALLEY

After breakfast proceed to visit Kullu Valley Which includes World famous Kullu Shawl factory,Vaishano Devi Temple,, and  back to hotel, dinner and rest overnight Stay

DAY 5: MANALI TO DELHI BY VOLVO

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel at 10:30 am (Standard Check out Time 12 noon) and enjoy the trip of and drop to Manali & proceed back to Delhi by Volvo

IMPORTANT NOTES

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show. Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest. If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer. Standard Check in Time: 12 pm & Check out time 10 am

PAYMENT POLICY

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 5,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.
